A 5 session live course that gives you the tools you need to repair your relationship with your children, and navigate building your relationship going forward. Also includes 1 live group coaching session for you to get 1:1 guidance on any specific concerns.

it’s time to REPAIR …

Session 1 ‘ Your Path to Calm ‘ – Tools for self regulation & recognising the root of your triggers. This is created to soothe and bring yourself into a state of calm, this includes tools that you can use time and time again when you feel overwhelmed or overstimulated.

Session 2 ‘ Shift & Understand’ – We will look at where your perspective is now & how it’s keeping you stuck and disconnected from your child. I will guide you on how to shift your perspective so your child feels deeply connected and understood by you after a rupture.

Session 3 ‘ Get skilled up; Model & Lead’’ – I will show you all the skills you need to de-escalate potential ruptures & mend future ones. The exact words to use with ‘done for you’ scripts. You will leave this session knowing when limits or pure repair are needed . Learn the core of what repair & communication looks and sounds like, so you can bring your child back to calm & safety. This is modelling behaviour & relationship skills for your child’s future.

Session 4 ‘ ‘Reconnect & Heal’’ – Healing deeper or past hurts & reconnecting . Starting from scratch re-establishing a brand new relationship, where trust and connection is at the heart . You will be shown how to process past hurts, small or big ruptures that may have effected your child. You will leave this session with a number of techniques to process traumas & practical ways to reconnect. Additionally, you will be shown how to implement repair through play.

Session 5 Live Group Coaching Session – I will coach you live about any rupture concern or issue with your child that you would like deeper guidance on. The most economical way to get my 1:1 guidance.

Sharne is passionate about bringing tools for loving calm and Connected relationships to every home with a signature dynamic coaching approach that gets to the root of the issue between ourselves and our children. So families can enjoy elevated healthier relationships with less arguing and more happiness, growth, ease, and joy. Sharne is certified by Clinical Psychologist Dr Shefali in the CPM Conscious parenting method.
