I have developed a 7 step process that solves the problem of knowing how to experience less reactivity towards your child & others by doing the inner work, leading to inner calm, which will become the outer calm your child receives. This in turn improves the listening dynamic with your child, in a way that will create patient, evolved and connected parenting, without yelling, using threats, giving up, being hard on yourself or feeling guilty! You will gain a heightened awareness behind why your child’s behaviour presents the way it does, and mostly why you react the way you do. With a clear step by step deeply supported process of what to do about it in just 12 weeks, even if you are limited for time, worried about cost, or doubtful that nothing will change.

The Foundations of calm & Evolved Parenting

Free Your Mind
Beliefs cause us to react and determine how we show up with our kids. So revamp your belief system, get clear and revamp it. We live out past beliefs, programmes & patterns. This step helps you identify unhelpful past programmes that we may still be living from in a deep & profound way so you can shift beyond them.
02.
Recognize
Learn about your inner child, inner adolescent, & conscious adult parts . Discover the role these parts play in how you parent your child. Recognise which part is active in your present day life, so you can start to release the frustrated or reactive part & respond to your family from your most conscious and calm self.
03.
Get Your Calm On
Learn about your nervous system the role it plays in your reactions. Practice a range of calming techniques that will work with your body’s nervous system to release and become calm including EFT, which will create space for you to connect with your child and others.
04.
Nurture
Begin to nurture and start the process of healing your inner child. Meet your inner child and learn how to connect with her from your conscious adult part. Learn the exact needs of your inner child. When you meet the needs of the inner child, this part will feel acknowledged and react less and less in your present day life.
05.
Grow
Live in the truest version of you; the conscious joyful adult. Learn exactly how to access and grow the truest & calmest version of you; Your conscious adult, learn how to parent both your inner reactive parts and your biological child from this place .
06.
Connect, Repair, Communicate
Discover your child’s unique language of love, learn how to move beyond blocks so you can connect and attune in a deep way. Build on ways to communicate that will result in more mutual listening and collaboration from your child or teen . If you mess up, learn the exact process for repair and what that looks like to prevent long term damage.
07.
Boundaries
Learn about the process for setting a healthy boundary or limit from your conscious & calm adult self. Recognise where you are currently at with your boundary setting and work towards where you would like to be. Learn some suggested wording for boundary setting to use with your child .
